Abstract

PT. Serasi Autoraya is a company that provide transportation and logistic services. It is based in Jakarta and has many branches spread throughout major cities across Indonesia including Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, North Sumatra, Bogor, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and etc . As a transportation and logistics company, Bisnis conduct monitoring and recording of IT assets.PT. Serasi Autoraya headquarters, we have an IT support team that maintain, repair or setup company’s IT equipment including head office and all branches that spread across indonesia. Data recording process IT Device repair activities in PT. Serasi Autoraya is still done separately and manually. The data of repair activities such as Device Repair, install software, replacement of spare parts' lending and in-out of the goods still recorded separately and manually in Microsoft Excel.Building a web application is a requirement for IT administrators who are often difficult in terms of finding data on IT devices coming from all branches of Indonesia. Developing web-based applications are expected to assist and facilitate the IT admin performance as the data stored in the database. Keywords: Web-based applications, IT admins, information system ,MYSQL PT. Serasi Autoraya adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi dan logistic. Perusahaan ini berpusat di Jakarta dan mempunyai banyak kantor cabang diantaranya cabang Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Sumatera Utara, Bogor, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, dan lain - lain. Sebagai perusahaan transportasi dan logistic, PT. Serasi Autoraya selalu melakukan pengawasan dan pencatatan terhadap asset - asset IT. Sebagai kantor pusat PT. Serasi Autoraya memiliki tim IT Support untuk maintenance perangkat IT, tim ini bertugas untuk merawat, memperbaiki ataupun mensetting perangkat IT seluruh cabang termasuk dikantor pusat itu sendiri. Proses pencatatan data aktivitas perbaikan perangkat IT di PT PT. Serasi Autoraya sampai saat ini masih dilakukan secara terpisah dan manual. Data-data yang terkait dengan aktivitas Perbaikan Perangkat seperti Repair , install software ,penggantian spare part ‘peminjamandan keluar masuk barang masih dicatat secara terpisah dan manual di aplikasi Microsoft Excel . Pembuatan aplikasi web ini merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi admin IT yang sering kali kesulitan dalam hal mencari data mengenai perangkat IT yang masuk dari seluruh cabang Indonesia. Dibangunnya aplikasi berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memperlancar kinerja admin IT karena data tersimpan didalam database.
