Abstract
Schools currently manage a significant amount of data using structured systems. However, data stored in transactional forms (OLTP) within the Content Management System (CMS) are difficult to analyze instantly to map institutional performance. The evaluation process of school profiles, such as teacher composition and student distribution, is often slow and inefficient when done manually. To address this issue, this study proposes the implementation of a data warehouse system, specifically a data mart, and historical data-based projection features using a Relational OLAP (ROLAP) approach. The method used involves designing a simplified star schema to summarize school ecosystem data. Furthermore, the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process is implemented through internal application aggregation scripts to transform operational data into an analytics-ready format. The in-memory OLAP method is applied on the client-side to process data slicing and dicing operations. The result of this research is an interactive data visualization dashboard. This dashboard assists school stakeholders in dynamically analyzing data, tracking student distribution, and monitoring school facilities in real-time, thereby supporting data-driven decisionmaking. Keywords: Data Visualization, CMS, Data Mart, ROLAP, Data Projection. Sekolah saat ini mengelola banyak data melalui sistem terstruktur. Namun, data yang tersimpan dalam format transaksi operasional Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) pada Content Management System (CMS) sulit dianalisis secara instan untuk memetakan kinerja institusi. Proses evaluasi profil sekolah, seperti komposisi guru dan distribusi siswa, sering kali lambat dan tidak efisien jika dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan sistem data warehouse khususnya data mart dan fitur proyeksi berbasis data historis menggunakan pendekatan Relational OLAP (ROLAP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan star schema yang disederhanakan untuk merangkum data ekosistem sekolah. Proses Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) diimplementasikan melalui skrip agregasi internal aplikasi untuk mentransformasi data operasional menjadi format siap analitik. Selanjutnya, metode in-memory OLAP diterapkan di sisi klien untuk memproses operasi pemotongan data (slice and dice). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah dasbor visualisasi data interaktif. Dasbor ini membantu pemangku kepentingan di sekolah untuk menganalisis data secara dinamis, melacak distribusi siswa, dan memantau fasilitas sekolah secara real-time, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang didasarkan pada data.
