Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the culinary sector are one of the main contributors to Indonesia's economy. As businesses continue to grow, many UMKM owners seek to expand by opening new branches but face difficulties in determining the most suitable type of culinary business. To address this challenge, several previous studies have employed the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), however this method has limitations in analyzing interdependent relationships among evaluation criteria. To overcome these limitations, this study proposes the INTEGRA (Integrated Business Type) model, which integrates the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research data were collected through primary interviews with UMKM owners, covering evaluation aspects such as rental cost, sales, competition, ease of obtaining raw materials, and supporting facilities. The result of this study is a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) capable of determining the optimal type of culinary business based on the dataset provided by the user.. Keywords: Decision Support System, ANP, TOPSIS, UMKM, Culinary Business Type Determination, INTEGRA.s Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kuliner merupakan salah satu kontributor utama perekonomian Indonesia. Seiring berkembangnya usaha, banyak pelaku UMKM yang ingin membuka cabang tetapi kesulitan dalam menentukan jenis usaha kuliner UMKM terbaik. Dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut, beberapa studi sebelumnya sudah menggunakan pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), akan tetapi metode tersebut mempunyai keterbatasan dalam menganalisis hubungan ketergantungan antar kriteria penilaian. Untuk mengatasi kelemahan pada metode penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini mengusulkan model INTEGRA (Integrated Business Type), sebuah model yang menggabungkan Analytic Network Process (ANP) dengan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Data penelitian diperoleh secara primer melalui wawancara kepada pemilik UMKM mencakup aspek penilaian berupa biaya sewa tempat, penjualan, persaingan, kemudahan mencari bahan baku, dan fasilitas pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website yang mampu menentukan jenis usaha yang optimal berdasarkan dataset oleh pengguna.
