Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Sustainability Disclosure, Profitability, and Board of Directors Size on company value. The population used in this research is all energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with the research period being 2020-2024. The sampling method uses the Purposive Sampling technique with samples obtained from 25 companies, with an observation year of 5 years, so the total sample size is 125 sample data. The research method used is causal model research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPPS software. The research results prove that sustainability disclosure does not have a significant influence on company value. Profitability and size of the board of directors have a significant positive influence on company value Keyword:Sustainability Report Disclosure, Profitability, Board Size od Directors, and Firm’s Value. Studi tersebut mengukur dampak variabel pengungkapan keberlanjutan, profitabilitas, dan ukuran dewan direksi bagi nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan menggunakan rentang waktu penelitian tahun 2020-2024. Sampel riset diperoleh melalui prosedur purposive sampling yang mencatat total 25 perusahaan. Melalui periode pengamatan lima tahun, keseluruhan sampel mencapai 125 data. Jenis penelitian ini menerapkan studi model kausal, sementara data sekunder digunakan sebagai basis utama dalam proses pengolahan statistik guna memperoleh hasil analisis yang akurat. Metode regresi linear berganda melalui software SPSS digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data primer. Studi menemukan pengungkapan keberlanjutan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, profitabilitas serta ukuran dewan direksi teruji berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang membuktikan kontribusi keduanya bagi nilai pasar.
