Abstract
On Jalan Raya Bogor KM 20, specifically in the Kramat Jati–Cililitan area, the current sidewalks do not meet the required technical standards. This applies to the width of the sidewalks, the division of space, and the availability of supporting facilities. This condition can lower the comfort and safety for pedestrians, especially during busy times. This study is designed to assess the current state of the sidewalks and to suggest a redesign that follows the guidelines outlined in Guideline No. 07/P/BM/2023. The study gathered information on pedestrian traffic and the state of the sidewalks by conducting surveys in the field. Pedestrian data were reviewed to calculate the highest volume, the rate at which people were moving, and the Level of Service. The findings show that the Level of Service for Kramat Jari segments is categorized as LoS A, with pedestrian flow rates of 2.26 persons per meter per minute in the Kramat Jati segment and 1.97 persons per meter per minute in the Cililitan segment. Despite this, the current sidewalk widths are not entirely in compliance with the required standards. The redesigned plan includes sidewalk widths of 2.0 meters and 2.3 meters, a maximum slope of 5%, a curb height of about 10 centimeters, and the inclusion of guiding blocks along with supporting facilities. This redesign enhances the quality of services and helps create a safer and more pleasant environment for pedestrians on the streets. Keyword : Sidewalk,Pedestrian,Level of Service,Flow,Redesign Di sepanjang ruas Jalan Raya Bogor KM 20, pada segmen Kramat Jati hingga Cililitan, kondisi trotoar yang tersedia belum memenuhi standar teknis secara lengkap, terutama dalam hal lebar trotoar, pembagian area, serta fasilitas pendukungnya. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada penurunan kenyamanan dan keselamatan pejalan kaki terutama pada jam-jam sibuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi trotoar saat ini serta merencanakan ulasan desain sesuai dengan Pedoman No. 07/P/BM/2023. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan survei di lapangan guna mendapatkan informasi mengenai jumlah orang yang berjalan kaki serta kondisi fisik trotoar. Data pejalan kaki dianalisis untuk mengetahui volume maksimum, intensitas pergerakan, serta tingkat pelayanan (Level of Service). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan pada segmen Kramat Jati berada pada tingkat LoS A. Nilai arus pada segmen Kramat Jati adalah 2,26 orang per menit per meter, sedangkan pada segmen Cililitan mencapai 1,97 orang per menit per meter. Meskipun demikian, lebar trotoar yang ada belum sepenuhnya memenuhi ketentuan standar. Desain ulang yang diajukan menyediakan lebar trotoar sebesar 2,0 meter dan 2,3 meter, kemiringan melintang maksimal 5%, tinggi Kereb sekitar 10 centimeter, serta penambahan blok pandu dan fasilitas pendukung tambahan. Desain ini meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menciptakan lingkungan jalan yang aman serta nyaman bagi para pejalan kaki. Kata Kunci : Trotoar,Pejalan Kaki,Tingkat Pelayanan,Arus,Perencaan Ulang
