Abstract
This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between selfconcept and career maturity among final-year students in DKI Jakarta. This study discusses Indonesia's golden prospects in the future. However, the high unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta poses an obstacle to taking advantage of this opportunity. This study uses a quantitative approach and correlational techniques. There were 156 final-year students from various universities in DKI Jakarta who were the subjects of this study. Data collection was conducted using non-probability random sampling techniques. In this study, the research variables were measured using the Robson Self Concept Questionnaire (RSCQ) and Career Maturity Questionnaire (CMQ) scales. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between self-concept and career maturity among final year students. This study found that self-concept has a relationship with the career maturity of final year students in DKI Jakarta. Keywords: self concept, career maturity, final year student Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini guna mendukung Indonesia emas di masa depan. Namun, tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi di DKI Jakarta memberikan kendala untuk dapat memanfaatkan peluang ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik korelasional. Terdapat 156 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai universitas di DKI Jakarta yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik sampling non-probability. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel penelitian diukur dengan menggunakan skala Robson self concept questionnaire (RSCQ) dan career maturity questionnaire (CMQ). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara konsep diri dan kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konsep diri memiliki hubungan terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci : konsep diri, kematangan karir, mahasiswa tingkat akhir.
