Abstract
Work-Family Conflict presents a critical challenge for dual-earner families, significantly impacting both family well-being and professional performance. This study examines the relationship between Couple Resilience and Work-Family Conflict among 142 dual-earner individuals in the Jabodetabek area. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the analysis reveals that positive resilience behaviors are significantly and negatively correlated with Work-Family Conflict, whereas negative behaviors exhibit a significant positive correlation. Notably, Family-toWork Conflict demonstrated the strongest association with the positive resilience dimension, suggesting that positive interactions at home serve as a primary buffer against the pressures of role conflict. Descriptive findings highlight an adaptive profile, with 71.1% of respondents reporting low conflict levels alongside high positive behavior (52.1%). Comparative analysis found no significant variance across gender, work arrangements, or number of children, indicating an equitable distribution of role strain among modern couples. However, marriage duration emerged as a significant differentiator for Work-Family Conflict levels. The study concludes that while the capacity for couple resilience tends to remain stable, the magnitude of perceived conflict fluctuates across different stages of marital life. Konflik peran ganda (Work-Family Conflict) merupakan tantangan utama bagi pasangan bekerja yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan keluarga dan kinerja pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dimensi variabel Couple Resilience dengan Work-Family Conflict. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 142 responden pasangan bekerja di Jabodetabek. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa dimensi perilaku positif dari Couple Resilience berhubungan negatif signifikan dengan Work-Family Conflict, sedangkan dimensi perilaku negatif dari Couple Resilience berhubungan positif signifikan dengan Work-Family Conflict. Hasil pengujian statistik antar dimensi ditemukan Family-to-Work Conflict memiliki hubungan terkuat dengan dimensi perilaku positif dari Couple Resilience, mengindikasikan bahwa interaksi positif di rumah adalah tameng utama dari tekanan yang bersumber dari WorkFamily Conflict. Secara deskriptif, 71,1% responden memiliki tingkat konflik rendah yang berjalan beriringan dengan tingginya perilaku positif (52,1%), membuktikan adanya efek buffering yang efektif. Uji beda menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan pada variabel penelitian ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, sistem kerja, maupun jumlah anak, yang menyiratkan kesetaraan beban peran pada pasangan modern. Namun, ditemukan perbedaan signifikan pada tingkat WorkFamily Conflict berdasarkan lama pernikahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun tingkat resiliensi pasangan cenderung stabil, beban konflik yang dirasakan cenderung mengalami perubahan tergantung pada tahapan usia pernikahan.
