Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pemahaman stakeholder terhadap penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi dalam desain bangunan data center nonsertifikasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 45 responden yang terlibat dalam proyek data center, meliputi arsitek, konsultan MEP, dan manajer fasilitas. Tingkat pemahaman stakeholder dioperasionalkan ke dalam empat dimensi, yaitu pengetahuan dasar, pemahaman regulasi, pemahaman teknis, serta pemahaman peran dan tanggung jawab. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi Pearson, regresi linier berganda, serta analisis komparatif (One-Way ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif, kuat, dan signifikan antara tingkat pemahaman stakeholder dan tingkat penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi dalam desain. Secara simultan, seluruh dimensi pemahaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi. Namun, secara parsial hanya pengetahuan dasar dan pemahaman teknis yang berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan pemahaman regulasi serta pemahaman peran dan tanggung jawab tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Analisis komparatif menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik profesi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perbedaan tingkat pemahaman dan tingkat penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi, sementara tingkat pendidikan formal dan pengalaman kerja tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik. Sebagai verifikasi objektif kualitas desain, kinerja termal selubung bangunan dievaluasi melalui parameter Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV). Hasil perhitungan OTTV menunjukkan bahwa desain selubung bangunan telah memenuhi batas kinerja termal yang dipersyaratkan dalam standar nasional, sehingga mengindikasikan kualitas desain pasif yang memadai. Temuan ini memperkuat konsistensi antara persepsi stakeholder terhadap penerapan prinsip efisiensi energi dengan capaian kinerja normatif selubung bangunan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan dasar dan pemahaman teknis stakeholder dalam mendorong praktik desain bangunan data center yang lebih efisien energi, khususnya pada proyek nonsertifikasi. This study examines the influence of stakeholders’ level of understanding on the application of energy efficiency principles in the design of noncertified data center buildings. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey of 45 stakeholders involved in data center projects, including architects, MEP engineers, and facility managers. Stakeholders’ understanding is operationalized into four dimensions: basic knowledge, regulatory understanding, technical understanding, and understanding of roles and responsibilities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression, and comparative analysis (One-Way ANOVA). The results show a positive, strong, and statistically significant relationship between stakeholders’ overall level of understanding and the level of application of energy efficiency principles in design. Simultaneously, all dimensions of understanding significantly influence the application of energy efficiency principles. However, partial regression analysis indicates that only basic knowledge and technical understanding have a significant effect, while regulatory understanding and understanding of roles and responsibilities do not show a significant partial effect. Comparative analysis reveals that professional background significantly differentiates both the level of understanding and the level of application of energy efficiency principles, whereas formal education level and work experience do not show statistically significant differences. To provide objective verification of design quality, the building envelope performance was assessed using the Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV). The OTTV result meets the national standard threshold, indicating that the building envelope design demonstrates adequate thermal performance. This finding supports the consistency between stakeholders’ perceived application of energy efficiency principles and the normative thermal performance of the building envelope. The study highlights the critical role of stakeholders’ technical and conceptual understanding in shaping energy-efficient design practices in noncertified data center projects.
