Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has opened new opportunities in mental health services, including digital counseling. This research aims to implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) in CurhatKuy, an AI-based chatbot application designed to help users share their feelings and receive more empathetic responses. By utilizing NLP, the chatbot can understand conversation contexts, recognize users' emotions, and provide more relevant and natural responses. Through this research, CurhatKuy is expected to become an innovative solution for more adaptive and responsive digital counseling, contributing to the advancement of NLP-based chatbots for mental health support in the digital era. Kata kunci: Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbot, Digital Counseling, Mental Health. Pengembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam layanan kesehatan mental, termasuk konseling digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Pemrosesan Bahasa Alami (Natural Language Processing/NLP) dalam CurhatKuy, sebuah aplikasi chatbot berbasis AI yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna berbagi perasaan mereka dan menerima respons yang lebih empatik. Dengan memanfaatkan NLP, chatbot ini dapat memahami konteks percakapan, mengenali emosi pengguna, dan memberikan respons yang lebih relevan serta alami. Melalui penelitian ini, CurhatKuy diharapkan menjadi solusi inovatif untuk konseling digital yang lebih adaptif dan responsif,serta berkontribusi pada kemajuan chatbot berbasis NLP untuk dukungan kesehatan mental di era digital Kata kunci: Natural Language Processing, Kecerdasan Buatan, Chatbot, Konseling Digital, Kesehatan Mental.
