Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam perusahaan manufacturing berkembang secara signifikan. Teknologi komputer digunakan untuk memudahkan seluruh proses agar lebih baik dari sebelumnya. PT Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia adalah perusahaan otomotif yang saat ini sedang berkembang pesat dimana kapasitas produksi meningkat, Perusahaan menyediakan fasilitas bus jemputan sebagai fasilitas untuk memudahkan karyawan saat ditugaskan lembur. Pengadaan bus jemputan saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan informasi kepada karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengembangan sistem dengan dilakukan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Pengembangan pada penelitian ini berbasis web menggunakan model perangkat lunak waterfall. Pada tahap akhir pengembangan sistem ini, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap proses dan produk pengembangan. Penggunaan sistem yang terintegrasi secara online dapat meningkatkan efektifitas proses bisnis yang adadalam perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Kata kunci: Bus jemputan, Fasilitas lembur, web, waterfall, efektifitas proses bisnis Technologi Information usage in Manufacturing corporate are growing significant. Computer technology are used to ease every process in order to make better than previous. PT. Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia is automotive company which is currently growing rapidly where production capacity increased. Company are provide shuttle bus as facility to ease employee once overtime duties. Shuttle bus procurement are currently still using manual system so that impact late of information to employee. Therefore, it needs develop system to do the software development which could fulfill company needs. Web based development on this study are using waterfall's software model. In the end of this system development phase. evaluation for process and product growth are done. System usage which integrated online could increase effectiveness business process that exist on technology informatic development recently. keywords: shuttle bus, overtime facility, web, waterfall, business process effectiveness
