Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of HVAC systems, lighting, electrical equipment, and internal transportation on staff performance and user satisfaction at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Data were collected from 400 respondents consisting of airport service users and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). The results show that although HVAC accounts for the largest portion of energy consumption (86.59%), its influence on staff performance is not significant. Conversely, electrical equipment, internal transportation, and lighting have a significant impact on staff performance. Meanwhile, user satisfaction is influenced by staff performance, electrical equipment, lighting, internal transportation, and HVAC. The findings also indicate that staff performance partially mediates the relationship between electrical equipment, internal transportation, and lighting with user satisfaction. This study highlights the importance of optimizing energy use and enhancing human resources to create a better user experience at the airport. Kata Kunci: Airport, HVAC, electrical equipment, staff performance, user satisfaction, SEM-PLS, IPMA enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem tata udara (HVAC), penerangan, peralatan listrik, dan transportasi internal terhadap kinerja petugas dan kepuasan pengguna di Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Data dikumpulkan dari 400 responden yang terdiri dari pengguna layanan bandara dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun HVAC merupakan penyumbang konsumsi energi terbesar (86,59%), pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja petugas tidak signifikan. Sebaliknya, peralatan listrik, transportasi internal, dan penerangan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas. Sementara itu, kepuasan pengguna dipengaruhi oleh kinerja petugas, peralatan listrik, penerangan, transportasi internal dan HVAC. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja petugas memediasi sebagian hubungan antara peralatan listrik, transportasi internal, dan penerangan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya optimalisasi penggunaan energi dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia untuk menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik di bandara.
