Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of inclusive leadership and intellectual capital on sustainable organizational performance, with collaborative culture serving as a mediating variable. The research context is focused on the public sector, specifically the Food Security Agency of Tangerang City, as a representation of government organizations facing demands for sustainable performance aligned with the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A quantitative method with a causal approach was employed, involving the entire employee population (82 respondents) through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that both inclusive leadership and intellectual capital exert a significant positive effect on sustainable organizational performance. Moreover, collaborative culture is proven to act as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between these variables. These results highlight the crucial role of inclusive leadership, intellectual capital management, and the establishment of a collaborative culture as the foundation for achieving organizational sustainability. The study provides theoretical implications for reinforcing the triple bottom line framework as well as practical contributions to the formulation of sustainability strategies in the dynamic public sector environment. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif dan modal intelektual terhadap kinerja organisasi berkelanjutan dengan budaya kolaboratif sebagai variabel mediasi. Konteks penelitian difokuskan pada sektor publik, yaitu Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kota Tangerang, sebagai representasi organisasi pemerintah yang menghadapi tuntutan kinerja berkelanjutan sesuai prinsip Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal, melibatkan seluruh populasi pegawai (82 responden) melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan inklusif dan modal intelektual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, budaya kolaboratif terbukti menjadi mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan yang inklusif, pengelolaan modal intelektual organisasi serta pembentukan budaya kolaboratif sebagai pondasi pencapaian keberlanjutan organisasi. Studi ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dalam memperkuat model triple bottom line serta kontribusi praktis dalam perumusan strategi keberlanjutan organisasi sektor publik di era dinamis.
