Abstract

Digital transformation in Indonesia has prompted XYZ Agency to build data centers in various locations to support effective, efficient, and transparent public services. The existence of these data centers is not immune to the threat of natural disasters and cyber attacks that can disrupt operations and public services, causing significant losses. To overcome the impact of these threats, a plan is needed to prevent damage, loss, and data loss at data centers. This study aims to design a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to ensure the continuity of data center operations, based on the NIST SP 800-34 framework. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews with Senior IT Governance and literature studies. The stages of DRP design include risk identification, BIA, preventive control measures, and contingency plan development. The research results are in the form of a DRP document designed according to the conditions of the data center in Bekasi. This research is expected to contribute to improving data and service availability, operational resilience, and post-Disaster Recovery speed at the data center. Keywords: Disaster Recovery Plan, NIST SP 800-34, disaster, BIA, Risk Assessment Transformasi digital di Indonesia mendorong Instansi XYZ untuk membangun data center di berbagai lokasi guna mendukung layanan publik yang efektif, efisien dan transparan. keberadaan data center ini tidak lepas dari ancaman bencana alam dan serangan siber yang dapat mengganggu operasional dan layanan publik sehingga menyebabkan kerugian yang besar. untuk mengatasi dampak dari ancaman tersebut diperlukan rencana yang dapat mencegah kerusakan, kerugian, dan kehilangan data pada data center. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) untuk memastikan keberlangsungan operasional data center, mengacu pada kerangka kerja NIST SP 800-34. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap Senior Tata Kelola TI dan studi literatur. Tahapan-tahapan perancangan DRP meliputi identifikasi risiko, BIA, pengendalian kontrol preventif, dan pengembangan rencana kontingensi. Hasil penelitian berupa dokumen DRP yang dirancang sesuai kondisi spesifik data center di Bekasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan data dan layanan, ketahanan operasional, dan kecepatan pemulihan pascabencana pada data center.
