Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang di mediasi self efficacy. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 140 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik sampel Slovin yaitu tidak mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang di olah menggunakan Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap self efficacy, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motivasi dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, self efficacy mampu memediasi pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. This research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation on students' entrepreneurial interest which is mediated by self-efficacy. The objects of this research are students of the Management Study Program at Mercu Buana University. This research was conducted on 140 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size uses probability sampling with the Slovin sampling technique, which does not take the entire population. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with data analysis tools carried out with Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this research state that entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy is able to mediate entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship.
