Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT.Reycom Document Solusi Jakarta Bagian Dokumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT.Reycom Document Solusi. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 65 karyawan PT.Reycom Document Solusi, ditentukan dengan non probability sampling. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0.224. Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0.767. Disiplin Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0.330.This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, satifcation, and work discipline on work productivity PT.Reycom Document Solusi Jakarta document. The population in this study was 100 employee respondents. The sample used is 65 employees, determined by probability sampling pound. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a quistionner. The data analysis method using SPSS version 26. This study proves This study proves that job satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of hypothesis testing 0.224. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of hypothesis testing 0.767. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of hypothesis testing 0.330.
