Abstract
The research was about the evaluation of fixed asset Ministry of Foreign Affairs with special problems restricted the building construction of the Republic of Indonesia Representatives in overseas. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the capitalization of fixed assets in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Government Accounting Standards in the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 24 of 2005, especially in building construction of the Republic of Indonesia Representatives in overseas. This research used a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The result of this research is that stages of construction of the Republic of Indonesia Representatives in overseas such as preparation of programs, UNIVERSITAS engineering estimate, preparation of tender tender for the procurement activities of the BLIANA MER implementation of construction services, and physical construction is very important role in supporting fixed asset value enhancement Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the capitalization of fixed assets Ministry of Foreign Affairs principally has been in accordance with the Government Accounting Standards in the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 24 of 2005.
