Abstract
Labor productivity is a determining factor that directly influences the success of a construction project. To assess the level of productivity, one approach that can be used is the Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) analysis through the work sampling method. This study aims to measure the level of labor productivity in column formwork installation activities. This study was conducted through direct observation methods at the Multimedia Nusantara School building construction project located in Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and case studies. From the data analysis that has been carried out, the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value of the group of workers in the column formwork installation work was obtained at 81%. This indicates that worker productivity in the column formwork installation cycle is still productive, because the LUF value exceeds 50%. Keyword: Formwork Column, LUF, Productivity, Labor, Work Sampling. Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan factor penentu yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Untuk menilai tingkat produktivitas tersebut, salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah analisis Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) melalui metode work sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam kegiatan pemasangan bekisting kolom. Studi ini dilaksanakan melalui metode observasi langsung di proyek pembangunan gedung Multimedia Nusantara School yang berlokasi di Tanggerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi kasus. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) pada kelompok pekerja dalam pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting kolom mencapai 81%. Nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat produktivitas pekerja berada dalam kategori produktif, karena telah melampaui ambang batas 50% yang umumnya dijadikan acuan minimal produktivitas.
