Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity (Current rato), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Activities (Total Asset TurnOver) on Company Value (Price Book Value). The object of this research is a food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 – 2022. This research design uses causal research with sampling techniques using nonprobability methods. From this method, 24 companies were obtained that had criteria and a total of 24 companies during the observation period of 3 (Three) years. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 12 application. The research results show that CR partially has a negative and insignificant effect on PBV, DER partially has a positive and insignificant effect on PBV, and TATO partially has a negative and insignificant effect on PBV. Keywords: Liquidity (Current rato), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), Activity (Total Asset TurnOver), and Company Value (Price Book Value) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas (Current rato), Solvabilitas (Debt to Equity Ratio), dan Aktivitas (Total Asset TurnOver) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Price Book Value). Objek penlitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020 – 2022. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability. Dari metode tersebut, didapat 24 perusahaan yang memiliki kriteria dan total 24 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan 3 (Tiga) tahun. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukan CR secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV, DER secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV, dan TATO secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Kata Kunci: Likuiditas (Current rato), Solvabilitas (Debt to Equity Ratio), Aktivitas (Total Asset TurnOver), dan Nilai Perusahaan (Price Book Value)
