Abstract
The selection of the right office facility vendor is a strategic factor in supporting operational continuity, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards, particularly in the upstream oil and gas sector. This study aims to design an objective, structured, and quantitative vendor evaluation system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) at PT. XYZ. The research involved seven expert respondents from various departments with direct authority in vendor selection. Data were collected through focus group discussions (FGDs) and pairwise comparison questionnaires, then analyzed using the AHP stages, including hierarchy structuring, priority weight calculation, and consistency testing. The results indicate that “Experience and Technical Capability” and “HSE Certification” hold the highest priority weights, while “Business Legality” and “Professional Association Membership” follow in subsequent positions. Vendor ranking placed PT. Rezekisurya Intimakmur in the top position with a weight of 0.28. The consistency ratio (CR) value of less than 0.1 confirms that the respondents’ assessments were consistent and reliable. These findings affirm that the AHP method is effective in enhancing the objectivity, transparency, and accountability of vendor selection processes. Practically, this evaluation model can be integrated into PT. XYZ’s formal procurement policy, while theoretically, it expands the application of AHP in office facility management within the energy industry and can be adapted to other sectors. Keywords: Vendor Selection, Facility Management, AHP, Procurement, Upstream Oil and Gas Pemilihan vendor fasilitas kantor yang tepat merupakan faktor strategis dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional, efisiensi biaya, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan serta lingkungan, khususnya di sektor hulu migas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem evaluasi vendor yang objektif, terstruktur, dan berbasis kuantitatif dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian melibatkan tujuh responden ahli dari berbagai departemen yang memiliki kewenangan langsung dalam seleksi vendor. Data dikumpulkan melalui focus group discussion (FGD) dan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan AHP, yaitu penyusunan hierarki, perhitungan bobot prioritas, dan uji konsistensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria “Pengalaman dan Kemampuan Teknis” serta “Sertifikasi K3L” memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi, sedangkan “Legalitas Usaha” dan “Keanggotaan Asosiasi Profesi” menempati urutan berikutnya. Pemeringkatan alternatif vendor menempatkan PT. Rezekisurya Intimakmur di peringkat pertama dengan bobot 0,28. Nilai consistency ratio (CR) < 0,1 membuktikan bahwa penilaian responden konsisten dan dapat diandalkan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode AHP efektif dalam meningkatkan objektivitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas proses seleksi vendor. Secara praktis, model evaluasi ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kebijakan formal pengadaan PT. XYZ, sedangkan secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas penerapan AHP pada manajemen fasilitas kantor di industri energi dan dapat diadaptasi pada sektor lainnya.
