Abstract
SURYADI, Mercu Buana University, September 2011 "influence of motivation and discipline on the performance of employees in CV Bina Mitra Globalindo, Jakarta". The aim of research investigate the effect motivation and discipline on the performance of employees in CV Bina Mitra Globalindo, Jakarta. The research method was designed to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using a sample of employees CV Bina Mitra Abadi, which is determined by tables Krejcie as many as 59 respondents. Sampling is used is to use probability sampling technique that is by simple random sampling procedure. Methods of data analysis used in this research is to use multiple regression metode. Result of the research show that presence of a positive and significant influence between the variables of work motivation and disciplined work partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees CV Bina Mitra Globalindo, Jakarta. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Performance, CV Bina Mitra Globalindo.
