Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia, hubungan interpersonal, leadership, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kenerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. ScanCom Indonesia dengan populasi sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan. Tenkik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Software Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji didapatkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hubungan interpersonal memiliki memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian leadership juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of human resource development, interpersonal relationships, leadership, and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. ScanCom Indonesia with a sample population of 60 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling, applying the Slovin formula. This research employs a quantitative method, utilizing data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS software. Based on the test results, it was found that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Interpersonal relationships also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Lastly, work motivation also shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
