Abstract

This research discusses the comparison of the time and cost of installing acoutec precast walls with lightweight brick walls. In the process of development in the contractor world, a decision must be accompanied by many thought and enough experience in deciding type of material that can be use. Price is the most important element in determining the income of the business. The research method used in the writing of this Final Project is observation method. The authors collected data and information by conducting observations, interview with supervisor and executorin that project and take some pictures for the documentation. Based on the results of the research, precast acoutec wall have better speed in the process of installation because precast acoutec wall do not need coloumn and beam, while light brick wall need that. Light brick wall have excellence in the cheaper cost than precast acoutec wall. Precast acoutec wall have excellence in good align and for next process like plumbing and electrical is easier for the installation because precast acoutec wall have the cavity inside the wall. Keywords: Time, Cost, Precast Acoutec Wall, Light Bric Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perbandingan waktu dan biaya pemasangan dinding precast acoutec dengan dinding bata ringan. Dalam proses perkembangan dalam dunia kontraktor owner ingin pembangunan lebih cepat dari jadwal sebelumnya, di karenakan keterlambatan dalam pembangunan, sebuah keputusan harus di sertai dengan banyak pemikiran yang disertai pengalaman yang cukup dalam menentukan jenis material apa yang akan digunakan. Harga adalah unsur terpenting dalam menentukan pendapatan bisnis itu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode mengumpulkan data. Penulis mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan melakukan pengamatan, wawancara dengan pengawas dan pelaksana di proyek tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dinding precast acoutec memiliki kecepetan yang lebih baik dalam proses pemasangannya karena tidak memerlukan kolom praktis dan ring balok, sedangkan dinding bata ringan memerlukan kolom praktis dan ring balok serta plesteran, akan tetapi dinding bata ringan memiliki keunggulan yaitu biaya yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan dinding precast acoutec. Dinding precast acoutec memiliki keunggulan yaitu tingkat kerataan dinding yang sangat baik dan dalam proses selanjutnya misalkan untuk pemasangan pipa air atau kelistrikan akan lebih mudah dinding precast acoutec karena memiliki rongga di dalam dinding tersebut. Kata Kunci : Waktu, Biaya, Dinding Precast Acoutec, Dinding Bata Ringan.
