Abstract
The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) building in the Purwakarta Integrated Industrial Park project is designed to treat industrial wastewater to meet quality standards before being discharged into water bodies. With a capacity of 400 m³/day, the structure is supported by 42 pile foundation points. The initial design specified a pile length of 24 m; however, during construction, the actual installation depth ranged from 9 to 19 m. This discrepancy prompted the author to conduct an analysis to ensure that the installed foundations are capable of safely supporting the structural loads and that the settlement remains within permissible limits. The analysis was carried out by collecting field data and technical documents, including soil investigation data, PDA test results, structural loading data, laboratory soil test results, and construction drawings. The data were then processed to develop the soil stratigraphy, calculate the pile foundation bearing capacity using CPT and SPT data, and validate the calculation results with PDA test data. In addition, foundation settlement was calculated using both manual methods and the Settle3D software to obtain a comprehensive depiction of soil deformation. The results of the analysis indicate that the pile bearing capacity remains within the safe limits for the applied structural loads. The measured settlement values also comply with the design requirements, thereby confirming that the foundations are technically adequate to support the WWTP building. Dengan kapasitas 400 m 3 /hari bangunan ini didukung dengan 42 titik fondasi tiang pancang. Perencanaan awal menetapkan kedalaman tiang pancang sepanjang 24 m, namun pada pelaksanaanya, kedalaman aktual berkisar antara 9 hingga 19 m. Perbedaan tersebut mendorong penulis untuk melakukan analisis untuk memastikan fondasi yang telah terpasang mampu menahan beban struktur secara aman dan tidak melebihi batas penurunan yang diizinkan. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data lapangan dan dokumen teknis, seperti data tanah, hasil uji PDA, data pembebanan, hasil pengujian laboratorium tanah, serta gambar kerja. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengolahan data yang mencakup penyusunan statigrafi tanah, perhitungan daya dukung fondasi menggunakan data CPT dan SPT, serta validasi hasil perhitungan dengan data uji PDA. Selain itu, penurunan fondasi dihitung menggunakan metode manual dan perangkat lunak settle 3D untuk memperoleh gambaran deformasi tanah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung tiang pancang masih dalam batas aman terhadap beban struktur. Nilai penurunan yang terjadi juga memenuhi persyaratan, sehingga fondasi dapat dinyatakan layak secara teknis untuk mendukung bangunan WWTP.
