Abstract

This research tests, collects, and analyzes how effective corporate governance, firm size, liquidity, and affect profitability company value. This research uses Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed firms from the 2016-2022 Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) survey findings of the Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG). This research utilizes secondary data from www.idx.co.id financial reports. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample. Six IICG-listed firms from 2016-2022 were sampled. The 7-year observation included 42 yearly reports. IBM SPSS 25 was utilized for multiple linear regression testing. The research found no influence of good corporate governance on company value. Size does not affect firm value. Profitability affects corporate value more than liquidity. Keywords: Good corporate governance; Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI); Company Size; Liquidity; Profitability; Company Value Penelitian ini menguji, mengumpulkan maupun menganalisis seberapa efektif tata kelola perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini memakai perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari hasil survei Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) 2016- 2022 dari Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan www.idx.co.id. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan enam perusahaan yang terdaftar di IICG dari tahun 2016-2022 dijadikan sampel. Pengamatan 7 tahun mencakup 42 laporan tahunan. IBM SPSS 25 untuk pengujian regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan pengaruh good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran tidak memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas lebih memengaruhi nilai perusahaan daripada likuiditas.
