Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) 5D using the Lean Construction approach on the bridge structure of Binjai – Pangkalan Brandan Toll Road Project, specifically at Underpass STA 49+750. The implementation of 5D BIM using Autodesk Revit software is compared to conventional methods in terms of volume quantity and cost. This study aims to assess how the integration of BIM and Lean Construction can improve infrastructure project cost efficiency. The results show that BIM 5D implementation can save up to 96% of time and 18.18% of labor costs compared to conventional methods. The evaluation of Lean Construction TFV (Transform – Flow – Value) concepts also shows that BIM supports waste reduction and value added in the project. This research concludes that BIM 5D is an effective and effiecient solution for managing complex infrastructure construction projects. Keywords : Autodesk Revit, BIM 5D, Bridge Infrastruktur Project, Cost Efficiency, Lean Construction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan Building Information Modelling (BIM) 5D dengan melakukan pendekatan metode Lean Construction pada struktur jembatan proyek Jalan Tol Binjai – Pangkalan Brandan, khususnya pada Underpass STA 49+750.
