Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kesuksesan karyawan di Citra Grand Hotel Cibubur dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi karyawan, apa yang memotivasi karyawan, dan lingkungan bekerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam kerangka daya saing global di sektor perhotelan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 54 karyawan tetap dengan metode total sampling. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) guna menguji keterkaitan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja semuanya memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap seberapa baik karyawan melakukan pekerjaan. Studi ini menawarkan manfaat praktis bagi manajemen hotel dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja dan berkontribusi secara akademis sebagai referensi bagi studi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang efektif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to see how employee success at Citra Grand Hotel Cibubur is influenced by employee compensation, what motivates employees, and the work environment. This study examines the improvement of the quality of human resources in the framework of global competitiveness in the hospitality sector. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 54 permanent employees with a total sampling method. A quantitative approach was used with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to test the relationship between variables. The results show that compensation, motivation, and the work environment all have a big influence on how well employees do their jobs. This study offers practical benefits for hotel management in formulating performance improvement strategies and contributing academically as a reference for the study of human resource management. Therefore, compensation, motivation, and an effective work environment are essential to improve employee performance.
