Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has influenced consumer behavior in accessing online services, including in the food and beverage e-commerce sector. Latteria Gelato, which targets millennial and Gen Z consumers, faces challenges related to low user engagement and inefficient website navigation. This has the potential to hinder online sales conversion rates. The main goal of this study is to rethink the Latteria Gelato website's (UI/UX) using the Design Thinking methodology. Understanding user demands, coming up with original concepts, and carrying out efficient prototype testing are the main objectives of this study. This study employs qualitative methodologies using user surveys and in-depth interviews. The five primary steps in the design process are define, ideate, prototype, test, and empathize. The study aims to produce a UI/UX design that is both functional and visually appealing, while being user-friendly. It is expected that this design will enhance the overall user experience. engagement, and sales conversion rates on the Latteria Gelato website. Keywords: UI/UX, Design Thinking, E-commerce, User Experience, Latteria Gelato Website Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam mengakses layanan online, termasuk di sektor e-commerce makanan dan minuman. Latteria Gelato, yang menyasar konsumen dari kalangan milenial dan Gen Z, menghadapi tantangan terkait rendahnya keterlibatan pengguna dan navigasi website yang kurang efisien. Hal ini berpotensi menghambat tingkat konversi penjualan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan metode Design Thinking guna mencapai tujuan penelitian, yaitu untuk merancang ulang UI/UX situs Latteria Gelato. Penelitian ini berfokus pada memahami kebutuhan pengguna, mengembangkan ide kreatif, dan melakukan pengujian prototipe yang efektif. Saran penelitian ini saya mengadopsi metode kualitatif melalui pelaksanaan survei dan wawancara. mendalam dengan pengguna.
