Abstract

The construction work of elevated toll roads has a high risk of work accidents, especially at the structural work stage such as the Pierhead. These risks can have a direct impact on the safety and health of workers in the field and disrupt the smooth implementation of the project. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of occupational safety and health (OHS) risks in the Pierhead work, determine the dominant risks that have the most potential to cause work accidents, and develop risk control using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach. This study is a type of qualitative research using a questionnaire with a total population of 31 people. The results of the analysis showed that several risks were in the Very High Risk category, including: falling material during reinforcement, respiratory problems due to welding fumes, falling from a height during formwork and casting, and scaffolding equipment or formwork falling down. Risk control is recommended in the form of implementing toolbox meetings, using complete PPE according to SNI standards, preparing specific SOPs for work at heights, and strict supervision of the implementation of OHS in the field.. Pekerjaan konstruksi jalan tol layang memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, terutama pada tahap pekerjaan struktur seperti Pierhead. Risiko-risiko tersebut dapat berdampak langsung terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan tenaga kerja di lapangan serta mengganggu kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi jenis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada pekerjaan Pierhead, menentukan risiko dominan yang paling berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja, serta menyusun pengendalian risiko menggunakan pendekatan Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan kuesioner dengan total populasi 31 orang. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa risiko berada pada kategori Very High Risk, antara lain: kejatuhan material saat pembesian, gangguan pernapasan akibat asap las, jatuh dari ketinggian saat bekisting dan pengecoran, serta peralatan scaffolding atau bekisting yang jatuh ke bawah. Pengendalian risiko direkomendasikan dalam bentuk pelaksanaan toolbox meeting, penggunaan APD lengkap sesuai standar SNI, penyusunan SOP spesifik untuk pekerjaan di ketinggian, serta pengawasan ketat terhadap penerapan K3 di lapangan.
