Abstract
This study aims to analyze the axial capacity, lateral capacity, and settlement of bored pile foundations based on soil investigation data and field load tests at the Samesta Mahata Serpong Apartment project. The axial capacity was analyzed using the methods of Meyerhof (1976), Reese & Wright (1977), and Décourt & Quaresma (1978), while the lateral capacity was evaluated using Broms’ method (1964). Group pile capacity was further assessed using the Converse-Labarre, Los Angeles Group Action, and Seler-Keeney methods. The analysis results showed that the axial bearing capacity of a single pile was 646,34 tons (Meyerhof), 888,37 tons (Reese & Wright), and 1.061,35 tons (Décourt & Quaresma). The ultimate lateral capacity obtained from Broms’ method was 21,55 tons. The maximum elastic settlement reached 5,17 cm, while the maximum consolidation settlement was 8,55 cm. The findings indicate that the Décourt & Quaresma (1978) method provided results closest to the axial field load test capacity. These results highlight the importance of selecting appropriate analysis methods and validating them with field testing to ensure safety and efficiency in the design of bored pile foundations for high-rise buildings. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis daya dukung aksial, lateral, serta penurunan fondasi bored pile berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah dan uji pembebanan lapangan pada proyek Apartemen Samesta Mahata Serpong. Analisis aksial dilakukan dengan metode Meyerhof (1976), Reese & Wright (1977), serta Décourt & Quaresma (1978), sedangkan analisis lateral menggunakan metode Broms (1964). Evaluasi kapasitas kelompok tiang dilakukan dengan metode ConverseLabarre, Los Angeles Group Action, dan Seler-Keeney. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan daya dukung aksial tiang tunggal sebesar 646,34 ton (Meyerhof), 888,37 ton (Reese & Wright), dan 1.061,35 ton (Décourt & Quaresma). Daya dukung lateral ultimate berdasarkan metode Broms adalah 21,55 ton. Penurunan elastik terbesar mencapai 5,17 cm, sedangkan penurunan konsolidasi terbesar mencapai 8,55 cm. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode Décourt & Quaresma (1978) menghasilkan nilai paling mendekati kapasitas uji pembebanan aksial. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan metode analisis yang tepat serta validasi dengan uji lapangan guna menjamin keamanan dan efisiensi desain fondasi pada bangunan bertingkat.
