Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze compensation, work motivation and leadership transfromasional to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of PT. Binakarindo Yacoagung. The research population consisted of 96 employees. A total of 20 respondents were selected from this population using purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed multiple linear regression processed with Smart-PLS software. The Results showed that compensation had a positive but not significant effect on OCB, while work motivation and transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on OCB. These findings indicate that althought compensation positively influences employee OCB, the effect is not significant. Increasing compensation alone is not sufficient to foster OCB meaningfully wihtout the support of other, more dominant factors, such as strong work motivation and effective transformational leadership, which play a crucial role in encouraging employees extra-role behavior within the organization. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transfromasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Binakarindo Yacoagung. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Sampel sebanyak 20 responden dipilih dari populasi 96 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisi data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB, sedangkan motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap OCB karyawan, namun pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan. Peningkatan kompensasi saja belum cukup kuat untuk mendorong terbentuknya OCB secara nyata tanpa didukung oleh faktor lain yang lebih dominan, seperti motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang efektif mendorong terbentuknya perilaku ekstra karyawan dalam organisasi.
