Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, employee engagement, and compensation on employee productivity. The population in this study consists of all permanent employees of PT Balaraja Metalindo Tangerang, with a total sample of 45 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool used in this study is SmartPLS version 4. The independent variables in this research are leadership style, employee engagement, and compensation, while the dependent variable is employee productivity. The results indicate that leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Meanwhile, compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Engagement, Employee Productivity, Leadership Style Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, employee engagement, dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan tetap PT Balaraja Metalindo Tangerang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, employee engagement, dan kompensasi. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah produktivitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sementara itu, kompensasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.
