Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sustainable finance, liquidity, and corporate social responsibility on financial performance of companies in the real estate and property sector registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019–2023. The property industry plays a crucial role in growth but also has issues in preserving financial stability and social reputation. This study is based on the need of applying sustainability principles in corporate financial management, particularly in this sector. This study uses 15 companies as samples with a total of 65 observations, selected through a purposive sampling method based on the availability of financial reports and information on sustainable finance, liquidity, and CSR in annual reports or sustainability reports. Secondary data were collected through literature studies (research libraries) and analyzed using the panel data regression method in EViews 12 application. The research indicates that sustainable finance has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance, liquidity has a positive but insignificant effect, while corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. According to these results, property and real estate companies in Indonesia can gain significant benefits from sustainable finance practices and CSR disclosure in terms of improving financial performance. Keywords: sustainable finance, liquidity, corporate social responsibility, real estate and property, financial performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sustainable finance, likuiditas, dan corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019–2023. Industri properti memegang peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan, tetapi juga memiliki masalah dalam menjaga stabilitas keuangan dan reputasi sosial. Studi ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam manajemen keuangan perusahaan, khususnya di sektor ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 perusahaan sebagai sampel dengan total 65 observasi, yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling berdasarkan ketersediaan laporan keuangan dan informasi mengenai sustainable finance, likuiditas, dan CSR dalam laporan tahunan atau laporan keberlanjutan. Data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka (library research) dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sustainable finance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Menurut hasil ini, perusahaan properti dan real estat di Indonesia dapat memperoleh manfaat besar dari praktik keuangan berkelanjutan dan pengungkapan CSR dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.
