Abstract

PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama is one of the system integrators that provide products and services of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) -based projects. PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama is a company able to compete in the field, with the other major competitors who continue to be better in the future. With a high degree of customer needs, as well as business competition, then PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama need to choose a superior product that is capable of being distinctive for the connoisseurs and service users work. By creating a working system tersistematis, and well ordered, it can improve services PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama to the its customers so as to create a sense of interdependence which can provide success in business and mutually beneficial for both parties. With a system designed to improve the service and increase the efficiency of the company, then created a troubleshooting system design and project documentation web based on case studies PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama Keywords: Troubleshooting, Documentation, Project, DFD, Aplication, Web Base PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama merupakan salah satu perusahaan system integrator yang menyediakan produk-produk dan layanan-layanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis proyek. PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama merupakan perusahaan yang mampu bersaing di bidangnya, dengan para kompetitor-kompetitor besar lainnya yang senantiasa menjadi lebih baik kedepannya. Dengan tingkat kebutuhan pelanggan yang tinggi, serta ketatnya persaingan bisnis, maka PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama perlu memilik produk unggulan yang mampu menjadi pembeda bagi penikmat dan pengguna jasa pekerjaannya. Dengan menciptakan sistem kerja yang tersistematis, serta tertata dengan baik, maka dapat meningkatkan pelayanan PT. Sinergy Informasi Pratama kepada para pelanggan-pelanggannya sehingga tercipta sebuah rasa saling ketergantungan yang dapat memberi keberhasilan dalam bisnis dan saling menguntungkan untuk kedua belah pihak. Dengan sistem yang dirancang guna meningkatkan layanan serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja perusahaan, maka diciptakan suatu rancangan sistem troubleshooting dan dokumentasi project pada studi kasus PT.
