Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is important for a company. It is recorded that PT. Aero Nusantara Indonesia is one of the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) companies with a work accident report of 11 incidents from 2024 to 2025. This makes aircraft technicians overcome possible hazards. With qualitative and quantitative research using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method to determine the work process that has the Highest hazards and risks, and to carry out control, so that the factors causing these risks can be identified using the fishbone diagram technique and provide appropriate recommendations through the 5W + 1H method. The results of the study showed that there were 2 variables that had High-risk hazard types with risk indices of 12 and 8, namely falling from a height (X3), being hit by aircraft parts (X13) and 1 variable with a risk index medium or 6 (X4), being hit by part of aircraft or tools in the Aircraft Preminilary Inspection process. The influencing factors are human factors, equipment factors, environmental factors and method factors. With the control and proposal of recommendations or improvements of the 3 variables, it is expected to minimize the occurrence of work accidents, improve the implementation of K3 and Safety Management Systems. Keywords: Aircraft Technician, HIRARC, fishbone, method 5W + 1H, K3 Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan. Tercatat PT. Aero Nusantara Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) dengan laporan kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 11 kejadian periode Tahun 2024 s.d Tahun 2025. Hal ini menjadikan teknisi pesawat menghadapi bahaya (hazard) yang mungkin terjadi. Dengan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) guna mengetahui proses kerja yang memiliki bahaya dan risiko tertinggi, serta melakukan pengendalian, sehingga dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab risiko tersebut dengan teknik diagram fishbone dan memberikan usulan rekomendasi yang tepat melalui metode 5W+1H. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 2 variabel yang memiliki jenis bahaya dengan tingkat risiko High dengan indeks risiko 12 dan 8, yaitu terjatuh dari ketinggian (X3), tertimpa bagian pesawat (X13) dan 1 variabel dengan indeks risiko 6 atau medium (X4), terkena bagian pesawat atau alat pada proses Aircraft Preminilary Inspection. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah faktor manusia, faktor peralatan, faktor lingkungan dan faktor metode. Dengan adanya pengendalian dan usulan rekomendasi atau perbaikan dari 3 variabel tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, meningkatkan penerapan K3 dan Safety Management System.
