Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan, dengan persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai di Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan. Selain itu, persepsi dukungan organisasi terbukti memoderasi secara negatif dan signifikan hubungan pengembangan karir dan kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan. Sebaliknya, persepsi dukungan organisasi memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan. Implikasi penelitian ini dibahas dalam artikel. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and transformational leadership moderated by perceived organizational support on sustainable employee performance. The research was conducted on employees at the Secretariat of the Presidential Advisory Council, involving a sample of 113 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that career development, transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance. Furthermore, perceived organizational support significantly and negatively moderates the relationship between career development and sustainable employee performance. Conversely, it significantly and positively moderates the influence of transformational leadership on sustainable employee performance. The implications of these findings are discussed in the article.
