Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, work life balance dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pusat Asesmen Pendidikan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 80 pegawai Pusat Asesmen Pendidikan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 80 orang. Metode sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, work life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Asesmen Pendidikan. This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work life balance and work stress on employee performance at Education Assessment Center. The population in the study was 80 employees Education Assessment Center. The sample used was 80 people. Samples use saturated samples. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that the variables of work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance of Education Assessment Center.
