Abstract

Tujuan riset ini ialah menelaah dampak budaya organisasi, pengembangan karier, serta kompensasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Inara Kulina Pura. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh 40 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel mengaplikasikan metode jenuh. Data diperoleh melalui survei dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama, sedangkan analisis dilangsungkan mengaplikasikan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil temuan memperlihatkan bahwasannya budaya organisasi, pengembangan karier, dan kompensasi masing-masing berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Inara Kulina Pura. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of organizational culture, career development, and compensation on turnover intention among employees at PT Inara Kulina Pura. The study involved the entire population of 40 employees, with sampling determined through a saturated approach. Data collection was conducted using surveys by distributing questionnaires as the main research instrument, while data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The findings demonstrate that organizational culture, career development, and compensation each show a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of PT Inara Kulina Pura employees
