Abstract
Penelitian ini (ketangguhan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological hardiness psikologis) terhadap psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) pegawai Direktorat X pasca mengalami mutasi. Psychological hardiness merupakan kemampuan individu dalam menghadapi tekanan dan tantangan secara adaptif, sementara psychological well-being menggambarkan kondisi mental yang sehat dan perasaan sejahtera dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa psychological hardiness berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological wellbeing, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,68 (p < 0,001). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat psychological hardiness, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat psychological well-being yang dimiliki pegawai. Model ini mampu menjelaskan 49% variasi dalam psychological well-being (R² = 0,49), yang menunjukkan bahwa psychological hardiness memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar dalam menjelaskan kesejahteraan psikologis pegawai selama proses adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasca dipindahtugaskan (mutasi) ke unit kerja yang baru. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan ketangguhan psikologis pada aparatur sipil negara agar tetap mampu menjaga kesehatan mental di tengah dinamika birokrasi dan tetap memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat. This research investigates the influence of psychological hardiness on psychological wtehlel- being of employees following job relocation. Psychological hardiness is defined as an individual’s ability to manage stress and adversity in a constructive manner, whereas psychological well-being represents a state of positive mental functioning and life satisfaction. The study employed a quantitative method with a survey design, and data were analysed using simple linear regression. The analysis showed that psychological hardiness significantly and positively predicts psychological well-being, with a regression coefficient of 0.68 (p < .001). This indicates that higher levels of psychological hardiness are associated with increased psychological well-being. The model explained 49% of the variance in psychological well-being (R² = .49), suggesting that psychological hardiness plays a substantial role in shaping employees' mental wellness during organizational transitions. The findings underscore the importance of fostering hardiness among civil servants, particularly in the context of bureaucratic change, to maintain and enhance their psychological well-being.
