Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi efektif dalam membangun profesionalisme dan kinerja tim kerja penelitian di salah satu rumah sakit tipe A di Jakarta Pusat. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari adanya disharmoni dan hambatan koordinasi yang muncul akibat komunikasi yang kurang efektif, yang berdampak pada profesionalisme serta kualitas kinerja tim kerja penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 5 orang informan, observasi, serta dokumentasi terhadap informan yang terlibat dalam tim kerja penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi efektif berperan penting dalam memastikan kejelasan alur kerja, keterbukaan informasi, serta hubungan interpersonal yang harmonis. Profesionalisme tim ditopang oleh keterampilan komunikasi yang adaptif, keterbukaan terhadap umpan balik, dan penghargaan antar anggota. Sementara itu, kinerja tim meningkat melalui koordinasi yang terstruktur dan kolaborasi yang produktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi efektif merupakan faktor kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja berbasis riset yang profesional dan berkinerja tinggi. This study aims to analyze the role of effective communication in building the professionalism and performance of research teams in a type A hospital in Central Jakarta. The background of the study stems from the disharmony and coordination barriers that arise due to ineffective communication, which impact the professionalism and quality of the research team's performance. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through indepth interviews with five informants, observations, and documentation of informants involved in the research team. The results show that effective communication plays a crucial role in ensuring clear workflows, information transparency, and harmonious interpersonal relationships. Team professionalism is supported by adaptive communication skills, openness to feedback, and appreciation among members. Meanwhile, team performance improves through structured coordination and productive collaboration. This study concludes that effective communication is a key factor in creating a professional and highperformance research-based work environment.
