Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work-life balance, green transformational leadership, dan learning organization terhadap sustainable employee performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada perusahaan management consulting. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 250 konsultan, dengan sampel sebanyak 154 konsultan. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis SEM- PLS dengan aplikasi Smart PLS (Versi 4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable employee performance, sementara green transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh. Learning organization berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainable employee performance, dan job satisfaction juga berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainable employee performance. Selain itu, work-life balance, green transformational leadership, dan learning organization berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Job satisfaction terbukti memediasi hubungan antara work-life balance, green transformational leadership, dan learning organization dengan sustainable employee performance. Implikasi manajerial menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu memperhatikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepemimpinan hijau, dan pengembangan organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan pegawai. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan di masa depan. This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, green transformational leadership, and learning organization on sustainable employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, in a management consulting company. The population of this study consists of 250 consultants, with a sample size of 154 consultants. The research uses SEM-PLS analysis method with the Smart PLS (Version 4) application. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance, while green transformational leadership has no effect. Learning organization has a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance, and job satisfaction also has a positive effect on sustainable employee performance. Additionally, work-life balance, green transformational leadership, and learning organization have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is found to mediate the relationship between work-life balance, green transformational leadership, and learning organization with sustainable employee performance. Managerial implications suggest that companies need to focus on work-life balance, green leadership, and organizational development to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. Therefore, the findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of theories and practices related to sustainable employee performance in the future.
