Abstract
Information Technology Governance (ITG) plays an important role in supporting business operations and strategies, including at PT Tinta Mas which is engaged in the ink distribution sector. This study aims to analyze the condition of ITG at PT Tinta Mas using the COBIT 5 framework as an evaluation tool. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to internal parties of the company to measure the level of IT governance capabilities. The focus of the evaluation is directed at the domains EDM01 (Ensuring Governance and Maintenance Framework Arrangements), EDM04 (Ensuring Resource Optimization), APO13 (Managing Security), and DSS05 (Managing Cost Process Control). The results of this study identify a gap between the current condition and the COBIT 5 standard, so that recommendations for improvement are produced to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of IT management at PT Tinta Mas. This study is expected to help PT Tinta Mas in strengthening IT governance, supporting the achievement of business goals, and minimizing risks that may arise. Keywords : Information Technology Governance, COBIT 5, PT Tinta Mas Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TKTI) memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung operasional dan strategi bisnis, termasuk pada PT Tinta Mas yang bergerak di bidang distribusi tinta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi TKTI di PT Tinta Mas dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 sebagai alat evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pihak internal perusahaan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI. Fokus evaluasi diarahkan pada domain EDM01 (Memastikan Pengaturan Kerangka Kerja Tata Kelola dan Pemeliharaan), EDM04 (Memastikan Optimasi Sumber Daya), APO13 (Mengelola Keamanan), dan DSS05 (Mengelola Pengendalian Proses Biaya). Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi adanya gap antara kondisi saat ini dengan standar COBIT 5, sehingga dihasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan TI di PT Tinta Mas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT Tinta Mas dalam memperkuat tata kelola TI, mendukung pencapaian tujuan bisnis, serta meminimalkan risiko yang mungkin muncul.
