Abstract
Perancangan ini membahas proses pembaruan identitas visual untuk Kopi Motoran, sebuah kedai kopi yang memadukan unsur dunia motor dengan budaya ngopi sebagai daya tarik utama. Seiring dengan perkembangan tren desain dan tuntutan akan branding yang lebih kuat, Kopi Motoran perlu menyegarkan tampilan visualnya agar lebih sesuai dengan target pasar, khususnya para pecinta kopi yang berusia 20–35 tahun. Tahapan perancangan ulang melibatkan evaluasi terhadap identitas sebelumnya, kajian literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung untuk memahami persepsi pelanggan tentang Kopi Motoran. Identitas visual baru yang dihasilkan menggabungkan elemen motor klasik, tipografi yang jelas terbaca, serta perpaduan warna hitam dan kuning yang memunculkan nuansa hangat, maskulin, dan autentik. Dengan visual yang baru ini, Kopi Motoran diharapkan dapat memperkuat karakter merek melalui konsistensi visual, meningkatkan daya tarik estetika, dan menciptakan pengalaman yang lebih berkesan bagi para konsumennya. This study discusses the process of redesigning the visual identity of Kopi Motoran, a coffee shop that combines elements of motorbike culture with the coffee-drinking lifestyle as its main appeal. In response to evolving design trends and the growing need for stronger branding, Kopi Motoran sought to refresh its visual appearance to better align with its target market coffee enthusiasts aged 20 to 35. The redesign process involved evaluating the existing identity, conducting a literature review, and collecting data through interviews and direct observation to understand customer perceptions of the brand. The new visual identity incorporates classic motorcycle elements, legible typography, and a combination of black and yellow colors that evoke a warm, masculine, and authentic atmosphere. Through this updated design, Kopi Motoran aims to strengthen its brand character through visual consistency, enhance aesthetic appeal, and create a more memorable experience for its consumers.
