Abstract
The advancement of technology has transformed the educational landscape, urging the need for efficient and accurate information systems. As a case study, SD Budi Mulia Tangerang faces constraints in teacher administration due to conventional methods. This research proposes the development of an Academic Information System utilizing the Waterfall method to enhance teacher administration management. Qualitative analysis methods are employed to comprehend user needs and align technological solutions with the school's context. This system is designed to improve the speed, accuracy, and accessibility of managing teacher information, including personal data, attendance, and performance evaluations. Keywords: Academic Information System, Primary School, Teacher Administration, Waterfall Method, Qualitative Analysis, Information Management Kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan, mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang efisien dan akurat. SD Budi Mulia Tangerang, sebagai studi kasus, mengalami kendala dalam administrasi guru yang terbatas oleh metode konvensional. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik yang memanfaatkan metode Waterfall untuk meningkatkan manajemen administrasi guru. Metode analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna dan menyesuaikan solusi teknologi dengan konteks sekolah. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan aksesibilitas dalam manajemen informasi guru, termasuk informasi pribadi, kehadiran, serta evaluasi kinerja.
