Abstract

In the development of current technology, many robots have been developed that can help human activities. This certainly helps various parties ranging from individuals, agencies or companies with various purposes. The emergence of problems and challenges to conduct SAR operations in collapsed buildings and confined space, therefore in this study the author created a Robot Remote Control that is controlled using a remote control via Bluetooth which can help the SAR team in the process of searching and evacuating victims. By using the Object Detection Yolo V3 method, Robot Remote Control is able to detect objects and victims (people). Remote control designed using the MIT app Inventor application can run optimally and is able to connect up to a distance of 10 meters in an open space and the Esp 32 cam can running The object detection according to 80 datasets with the Yolo V3 algorithm.. Key Words: Robot Remote Control, Object Detection, Collapsed Building and Confined Space SAR Operations Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, banyak dikembangkan robot yang dapat membantu kegiatan aktifitas manusia. Hal ini tentunya sangat membantu berbagai pihak mulai dari perorangan, instansi ataupun perusahaan dengan berbagai tujuan. Munculnya permasalahan dan tantangan dalam penyelenggaraan operasi SAR di bangunan runtuh dan ruang terbatas, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis membuat Robot Remote Control yang dikendalikan menggunakan remote control melalui bluetooth yang dapat membantu tim SAR dalam proses pencarian dan evakuasi korban. Dengan menggunakan metode Object Detection Yolo V3, Robot Remote Control mampu mendeteksi benda-benda serta korban (orang). Remote control yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi MIT app Inventor dapat berjalan optimal dan mampu terkoneksi hingga jarak 10 meter pada ruangan terbuka serta Esp 32 cam mampu menjalankan deteksi objek sesuai dengan 80 dataset dengan algoritma Yolo V3. Kata Kunci: Robot Remote Control, Object Detection, Operasi SAR Bangunan Runtuh dan Ruang Terbatas
