Abstract

Railway bridges are old, especially on the Sumatra island and according to the earthquake map-2017 show an increased risk, it is necessary to carry out a dynamic behavior reliability analysis to extend the life of the bridge and damage can be detected early. The reliability of the bridge is reviewed in terms of natural frequency, deflection, and internal force (stress ratio of axial-moment interaction). Research was carried out on the BH77 Railway Bridge in Tegineneng-Lampung, with a through truss type. Reliability analysis with a nondeterministic approach, using the concept of probability, the variable used is the dimensions of the steel profile based on fabrication drawings and field measurements. The research uses secondary data, one of which is measuring the circumference of steel cross-sections. The size of the circumference is influenced by the paint layer, from the paint thickness sample to correct and obtain the actual dimensions (width & height). Dynamic behavior analysis, consisting of modal analysis, Fast Fourier Transform, time history, and reliability analysis using the FORM method. The analysis results show that the effect of steel dimensional corrections compared to fabricated drawings does not have a significant effect on changes in the values of natural frequencies, mode shapes, deflections and internal forces. The reliability value of the structure dynamic behavior obtained is 99% in all reviews, either based on natural frequencies, deflections and internal forces. Which shows that the bridge is safe against potential resonance, the stiffness of the bridge structure is still high, and the axial + moment capacity is still sufficient against static & earthquake loads, as well as good bridge maintenance. The point of greatest deflection as a reference for placing strain gauge and accelerometer sensor in structural health monitoring systems. Jembatan kereta api yang sudah berumur khususnya di pulau sumatera dan menurut peta gempa 2017 menunjukkan peningkatan risiko, perlu dilakukan analisis keandalan perilaku dinamis untuk memperpanjang umur jembatan dan kerusakan dapat dideteksi dini. Keandalan jembatan ditinjau terhadap frekuensi alami, lendutan, dan gaya dalam (rasio tegangan interaksi aksial-momen). Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Jembatan Kereta Api BH77 di Tegineneng-Lampung, bertipe rangka dinding tertutup. Analisis keandalan dengan pendekatan tak deterministik, memakai konsep probabilitas, keberagaman yang dipakai adalah dimensi profil baja berdasarkan gambar fabrikasi dan pengukuran lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder, salah satunya pengukuran keliling penampang baja. Besarnya keliling terdapat pengaruh lapisan cat, dari sampel tebal cat untuk mengoreksi dan mendapatkan dimensi (lebar & tinggi) aktual. Analisis perilaku dinamis, terdiri dari analisis ragam, Fast Fourier Transform, riwayat waktu, dan analisis keandalan dengan metode FORM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pengaruh koreksi dimensi baja dibandingkan dengan gambar fabrikasi tidak memberikan efek signifikan terhadap perubahan nilai frekuensi alami, ragam getar, lendutan, dan gaya dalam. Nilai keandalan perilaku dinamis struktur yang diperoleh adalah 99% pada semua tinjauan, baik berdasarkan frekuensi alami, lendutan, dan gaya dalam. Yang menunjukkan bahwa jembatan aman terhadap potensi resonansi, kekakuan struktur jembatan yang masih tinggi, dan kapasitas aksial + momen masih mencukupi terhadap beban statis & gempa, serta perawatan jembatan yang baik. Titik defleksi terbesar sebagai referensi untuk menempatkan alat pengukur regangan dan getaran pada structural health monitoring systems.
