Abstract

This study discusses the design of information technology architecture at the West Jakarta Mayor's Office using the TOGAF ADM approach. The aim of this research is to design an architecture that aligns business strategies with information systems and technology to support government administration and public services. The research was conducted through interviews, observations, and literature studies, following the TOGAF ADM stages including the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The result of this study is an architectural design that covers business, data, application, and technology architectures, along with application portfolio recommendations categorized using the McFarland’s matrix. This design is expected to serve as a reference for the development of integrated information systems and to support the management of information technology at the West Jakarta Mayor's Office. Keywords: TOGAF ADM, information technology architecture, enterprise architecture, information system, West Jakarta Mayor's Office Penelitian ini membahas perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi pada Kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat dengan menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF ADM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang arsitektur yang dapat menyelaraskan strategi bisnis dengan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi guna mendukung penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik. Penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur, dengan tahapan TOGAF ADM yang meliputi Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, dan Technology Architecture. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan arsitektur yang mencakup arsitektur bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi, serta rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi yang dikelompokkan dalam matriks McFarland’s. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dan mendukung pengelolaan teknologi informasi di Kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat.
