Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan yang dimoderasi dengan Keunggulan Bersaing pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2016-2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada BEI tahun 2016-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling merupakan teknik sampling yang digunakan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan peneliti dalam pemilihan sampelnya. Berdasarkan metode pengambilan sampel yang telah ditentukan, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 sampel perusahaan sub sektor industri barang konsumsi periode tahun 2016-2018. Analisis dan pengolahan data menggunakan menggunakan microsoft excel dan spss 21.5. Hasil pengujian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen (SAM) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, 2) Keunggulan Bersaing mampu memoderasi pengaruh SAM terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. This study aims to analyse and empirically prove the Effect of Management Accounting System on The Performance of Companies moderated by Competitive Advantages in Consumer Goods Industry Sub-Sector Companies Registered in IDX for the period 2016-2018. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. Additionally, The data used is sourced from primary and secondary data. The population in this study is all consumer goods industry sub-sector companies registered in IDX in 2016-2018. Further, Sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling method is a sampling technique that is used based on the considerations of researchers in the selection of samples. Based on the predetermined sampling method, the number of samples is 34 samples of consumer goods industry sub-sector companies in the period of 2016 to 2018. Analysing and processing data use Microsoft excel and SPSS 21.5. The results of the research test show that: 1) Management Accounting System (SAM) negatively and significantly affects the Company's Performance, 2) Competitive Advantage can moderate the influence of SAM on The Company's Performance.
