Abstract

Apron is an area or region where aircraft park, maneuver before and after parking, load and unload passengers and goods, refuel and perform minor repairs. This study discusses efforts to improve electrical energy performance in the management of the terminal apron at Soekarno-Hatta Airport using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In its implementation, the questionnaire was then given to experts in the Electrical Utility and Visual Aid Services Division who carry out maintenance and care of electrical energy in the area. The alternative sequence for improving energy performance at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport apron was obtained based on its priority, namely the alternative of Using tools and spare parts that are available on the market (Availability) which is considered the most important alternative with a value of 0.273191608, followed by the alternative of Using tools that can be repaired and reused (Re-Use) which is considered the second most important alternative with a value of 0.202908753. The third important alternative is the Operational Arrangement of Equipment in the Field (Operational) alternative with a value of 0.183862838, then the fourth important alternative is the Use of Energy Saving Tools (Energy Saving) alternative with a result of 0.153735932 and the alternative considered the fifth important is Reducing the use of tools containing hazardous toxic waste (Waste) with a value of 0.123637483. Keywords : Apron, Energy Performance, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Apron merupakan merupakan wilayah atau area dimana pesawat udara parkir, melakukan manuver sebelum dan selepas parkir, bongkar muat penumpang dan barang, pengisian bahan bakar serta melakukan perbaikan ringan. Penelitian ini membahas upaya peningkatan kinerja energi listrik pada pengelolaan apron terminal di Bandara SoekarnoHatta dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pada pelaksanaannya kuesioner kemudian diberikan pada tenaga ahli Divisi Electrical Utility and Visual Aid Services yang melakukan pemeliharaan dan perawatan energi listrik pada wilayah tersebut. didapatkan urutan alternatif untuk melakukan peningkatan kinerja energi di apron Bandar Udara Soekarno-Hatta berdasarkan prioritasnya yaitu alternatif Penggunaan alat dan suku cadang yang memiliki ketersediaan di pasaran (Ketersediaan) yang dianggap sebagai alternatif paling penting dengan nilai 0,273191608, diikuti oleh alternatif Penggunaan alat yang dapat diperbaiki dan dipergunakan Kembali (Re-Use) yang dianggap sebagai alternatif penting kedua dengan nilai 0,202908753. Alternatif penting ketiga adalah alternatif Pengaturan Operasional Peralatan di Lapangan (Operasional) dengan nilai 0,183862838, Selanjutnya alternatif penting keempat adalah alternatif Penggunaan Alat Hemat Energi (Hemat Energi) dengan hasil 0,153735932 dan alternatif yang dianggap penting kelima adalah Pengurangan penggunaan alat yang mengandung Limbah B3 (Limbah) dengan nilai 0,123637483.
