Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong terjalinnya keterbukaan terhadap subsektor ekonomi kreatif. Perfilman sebagai lini sektor ekonomi kreatif juga telah mengalami peningkatan terhadap pasar dan permintaan peningkatan industri. Hal ini mendorong Rumah produksi untuk mengejar target produksi yang lebih tinggi sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan sektor dan kompetensi yang semakin pesat. Peningkatan terhadap produksi dan kompetensi perfilman/sinema Indonesia telah melibatkan permasalahan stress sebagai bentuk kompetensi dan tuntutan yang dihadirkan lingkungan industri perfilman. Stress kerja diartikan sebagai suatu bentuk ketegangan yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya . Penelitian ini berfokus menganalisis permasalahan stress kerja dengan melibatkan 5 informan dengan pengalaman dan tugas pekerjaan berbeda di industri perfilman. Berdasarkan observasi awal penelitian ditemukan jika terdapat asumsi yang terjadinya permasalahan stress kerja di industri perfilman dikarenakan tuntutan pekerjaan, lingkungan, gaji, durasi jam pekerjaan dengan beberapa hal lainnya. Hasil wawancara terhadap 5 informan penelitian juga mengungkapkan jika terdapat upaya tersendiri mengatasi permasalahan stress yang dilakukan jndividu seperti: rileksasi, berolahraga, membaca buku, meditasi . Manajemen yang dilakukan perusahaan terhadap permasalahan stress diantaranya adalah: supervisi pelatihan, kompensasi/bonus terhadap pencapaian, program jaminan kesejahteraan, dan aktivitas yang menghilangkan stress dimonotori manajerial seperti mengadakan party melepaskan stress. The development of digital technology encourages the establishment of openness to the creative economy subsector. Cinema as a line of the creative economy sector has also experienced an increase in the market and demand for industrial improvement. This encourages production houses to pursue higher production targets as a result of the sector's increasingly rapid growth and competence. The improvement of the production and competence of Indonesia's film/cinema has involved the problem of stress as a form of competence and demands presented by the film industry environment. Work stress is defined as a form of tension that employees feel about the work they do. This study focuses on analyzing the problem of work stress by involving 5 informants with different work experiences and tasks in the film industry. Based on initial observations, the study found that there is an assumption that work stress problems in the film industry occur due to job demands, environment, salary, duration of work hours and several other things. The results of interviews with 5 research informants also revealed that there were separate efforts to overcome stress problems carried out by individuals such as: relaxation, exercise, reading books, meditation. The management carried out by the company on stress problems includes: training supervision, compensation/bonuses for achievements, welfare guarantee programs, and activities that relieve stress in managerial monotories such as holding stress release parties.
