Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. ScanCom Indonesia dengan populasisebanyak 60 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan teknik Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji didapatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, motivasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The aim of the research is to analyze and find out how the transformational leadership style, motivation, and work environment influence employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. ScanCom Indonesia with a population of 60 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling with the Slovin technique.This research uses quantitative methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with Smart PLS software. Based on the results, it was found that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Then, motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
